There are NO RETURNS (sales are FINAL). If there is an issue with the product (ie, it came damaged) contact me at fenrirs.art@gmail.com and we can figure something out. The current line of products are printed on demand. Consult the sizing sheet picture for garments.
After purchase you should receive an email from Square approving the transaction within a few minutes. Once the transaction is approved, The product will be fabricated. Once the shippment process starts (after fabrication) you will recieve another set of emails with tracking information. Shipping should take around 6-9 days and is contigent on when the fabrication is complete. These are print on demand custom goods.
Payments go through Square, which is a secure payment processor. All prices are in CANADIAN funds. If you are purchasing from the US, please note you will be purchasing in Canadian dollars (ie there will be a conversion from your bank).
No. Right now I offer only free shipping at base speeds. In future drops there will be more options. Fullfillment is only in the US and Canada (North America). More countries will be added as I figure out how to deal with international orders. :)
Right now there is no shopping cart, so you can only purchase one item at a time through the secure links. If you want one of each item, you would have to make more than one purchase. I programmed this website on my own and will eventually make a cart, but for now, this is the best option. :)
